Bruno was born on December 15, 1977, in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. At the age of 15, he started to play drums professionally in several night clubs in Monterrey, one of the most important cities in Mexico.
In 1998, he entered Austin Community College, obtaining a degree in Commercial Music Management.
In the year 2004, Bruno began playing with the band Volovan, launching their first album called "Monitor", which was also the first single written by Bruno Bressa and was nominated for a Latin Grammy in 2007 in the best rock song category .
Currently, Bruno stays active in the music industry as Volovan's drummer and writer, and he has recorded and colaborated with other Mexican bands such as Plastilina Mosh, Sexy Marvin, Panorama y Ximena Sariñana, among others.
In 2009, Volovan launched their newest production called Hogar, which was nominated for a Latin Grammy. |
